The University of Abuja has promoted Dr. Sheriff Ghali Ibrahim to the rank of Professor, pending ratification by the Council. The promotion was announced by the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Patricia Manko Lar, at the 188th Regular Senate meeting held on April 8, 2025.
Dr. Ibrahim, who specializes in International Relations, was among 20 staff members elevated to the rank of Professor. The promotion recognizes his dedication, resilience, and hard work in his field.
