UNN Recognizes PDP Chieftain, Ambassador Ojong Agbor, and Others with Distinguished Leadership Award
In a ceremony at the UBA House of Fame, the award presentation, held in memory of Emeritus Professor JOC Ezeilo, acknowledged contributions to leadership and excellence. Other recipients of the award included Igwe Sir Samuel Asadu, Enugu State Commissioner of Police Ahmed Ammani, and Provost of the College of Education (Technical), Isu, Prof. Okey Okechukwu.
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), honours notable individuals including PDP Chieftain, Ambassador Ojong Agbor, and Abuja-based businessman Chief Kester Agwu with the Distinguished Leadership Award.

Ambassador Agbor, a recipient of the United Nations Peace Ambassador award, emphasized the global challenge of leadership and called for concerted efforts to address leadership questions in Nigeria. He urged key players to be steadfast and selfless in public service.
The Dean of the Physical Sciences Faculty, Professor Ogbonnaya Igwe, highlighted the occasion's significance in recognizing outstanding talents, achievements, and contributions. The event aimed to inspire individuals and organizations excelling in their respective fields.
