UNN Water Resources Management Laboratory to Hold 2nd AGM

The university of Nigeria water resources management laboratory limited has announced plans to hold its second annual general meeting.

This was contained in a recent press release on the Institution's website sighted by Myschoolnews.

The publication reads:

NOTICE OF 2ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT LABORATORY LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that the Second Annual General Meeting of the University of Nigeria Water Resources Management Laboratory Ltd. (Lion Water) has been scheduled to hold physically and virtually at the Niger Hall, CEC, UNGEL Guest House, University of Nigeria, Nsukka Campus on Thursday August 31, 2023 by 11.00am to transact the following businesses:

To receive the Financial Statements of the Company for 2016 – 2020 and External Auditors’ Report therein;

To receive the Financial Statements of the Company for 2021 and External Auditors’ Report therein;

To receive the Financial Statements of the Company for 2022 and External Auditors’ Report therein;

To ratify the appointment of the Auditors – Peter Ude & Co.(Chartered Accountants);

To re-appoint External Auditors for the year 2023 and authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration.
