2 UNILORITES win pre-doctoral fellowship

Two students of the Department of Agricultural Economics and Farm Management, University of Ilorin, Innocent Enahoro Ojiri and Sunmibola Oyetola Olaniyi, have been awarded the coveted Fellowship of the Centre for Effective Global Action (CEGA) in the United States of America after emerging successful among several applicants from Africa.

Mr Ojiri will undertake his training at Northwestern University while Olaniyi is due to undergo her programme at the University of California, Berkeley.

According to a covering document signed by the Supervisor of the two awardees at the University of Ilorin, Dr Khadijat Amolegbe, the predoctoral programme will include training seminars, coursework, conferences and curriculum design in socio-economic development.
