AAU Issues Urgent Notice to Staff and Students on 1st Semester Exam for 2022/2023 Session

Ambrose Alli University wishes to inform the Deans and Heads of Departments, and by extension the students that as the first semester examinations for the 2022/2023 session is fast approaching, the CBE Commiltee has directed tha the following be noted.

Ambrose Alli University wishes to inform the Deans and Heads of Departments, and by extension the students that as the first semester examinations for the 2022/2023 session is fast approaching, the CBE Commiltee has directed tha the following be noted, Myschoolnews gathered.

1. The presentation of the list of invigilators for the various departmental CBE courses on or before 5th November 2023 to the Committee.

2. All continuous assessment results must be conducted via the CBE platform. This is to enable us to prepare the system for both Continuous Assesment (CA) and the examination scores to be viewed by students as they click submit for final scores.

3. Any course examined without a CA test will be assessed over 100%.

4. The examiners should come to the CBE Centre (Hall C) in the main Library with their MCQ in word format with 4 options one (1) hour before the time scheduled for the examination on each day.

5. Any student without course registration and payment of school fees will not gain access to the Examination hall.

6. Students are required to avail themselves of the window graciously approved by the University Authority that late registration fee would not be charged. Students are, therefore, to pay their school fees and register their courses before the commencement of the examination.

7. Students must present a proper means of identification and a print out copy of the school fees slip and present same at point of check-in into the examination halls.

8. Students should be reminded that no phones and no electronic gadgets of any sorts will be allowed. Be it wristwatch, ear pieces, digital ball pens etc.

9. Students are required to go to REXOX office to collect their smart cards and present it with the school fees printout during the examination.
