AAUA ASUU branch announces date for emergency congress meeting to end strike

The Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA), Ondo State, branch of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has said that the Union has started mobilising its members for an ergency congress meeting, the meeting has been scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 12th October 2022.

It could be recalled that myschoolnews reported that Universities will reopen on the 17th as ASUU branches begin voting today, Wednesday.

Branches of the Academic Staff Union of Universities will commence traditional voting today (Tuesday)and tomorrow (Wednesday) over the ongoing strike by the union, myschoolnews also reported that the University Management headed by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Florence Banku Obi is said to have plans to reopen the University on the week of the 17th of October, 2022.
