ADSU Vice-Chancellor Pays Courtesy Visit to Adamawa First Lady in Mubi

The Vice-Chancellor of Adamawa State University, Mubi, Professor Augustine Clement, on Monday, August 10, 2026, led members of the University Management on a courtesy visit to the First Lady of Adamawa State, Her Excellency, Mrs. Lami Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, at the residence of the First Family in Mubi.

The visit was aimed at paying courtesy to the First Lady and expressing the University Management’s appreciation for the goodwill and support of the First Family towards the development of education and the welfare of the people of the state.

Speaking during the visit, Professor Augustine Clement expressed appreciation to Her Excellency for receiving the University Management. He reaffirmed the commitment of the University Management to the continued advancement of Adamawa State University, Mubi, through academic excellence, quality teaching, research and the development of students.

The Vice-Chancellor also acknowledged the significant role of the First Family of Adamawa State in supporting initiatives that promote the welfare and development of women, children and other members of society.

In her response, the First Lady of Adamawa State, Her Excellency Mrs. Lami Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, warmly received the Vice-Chancellor and members of the University Management. She expressed appreciation for the visit and commended the Management of Adamawa State University, Mubi, for its efforts towards the growth and development of the institution.

Her Excellency conveyed the goodwill and best wishes of the First Family of Adamawa State to the University Management, staff and students, while wishing the institution continued progress and success.

The courtesy visit was conducted in a warm and cordial atmosphere and ended with prayers and goodwill messages for the continued progress of Adamawa State University, Mubi, and the people of Adamawa State.
