Ahmadu Bello University Announces Christmas and New Year Break

Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has announced that it will be closing for the Christmas and New Year celebrations, in line with the public holidays declared by the Federal Government.

The university will be closed from Wednesday, December 25, 2024, and will resume normal activities on Monday, January 6, 2025.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kabiru Bala, has wished the university community a happy celebration. This break is expected to provide students and staff with a well-deserved rest and an opportunity to spend time with loved ones during the festive season.
