Divine acknowledged the American Chemical Society for sponsoring her trip and providing a platform for scientific exchange. She also expressed gratitude to ICCE2024 for awarding her a scholarship that covered her registration fee.

 Comr. Divine Ukpe, a female student from Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), made waves at the 27th IUPAC International Conference on Chemistry Education held in Thailand. Her outstanding research presentation and dedication to advancing chemistry education earned her recognition and a prestigious scholarship.

At the conference, Divine presented a compelling poster titled "Greener teaching of Le Chatelier's principle," a topic that garnered attention from esteemed professors and young chemists representing various ACS chapters worldwide. Her research focused on exploring innovative and environmentally sustainable methods to teach the fundamental concept of Le Chatelier's principle in chemistry.

Sharing her excitement and gratitude on social media, Divine wrote, “It was great to share our work on 'The effect of green chemistry and traditional laboratory approaches on students' academic achievement on the concept of Le Chatelier's principle in chemistry,' contributed by Dr. Felicia Umanah, ERIFON UKPE and Edidiong sunday was encouraging to see the interest among chemists to learn more about 'Greener teaching of Le Chatelier's principle."
