ASUU Grants N400,000 Scholarship to Ebonyi State University Students

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has awarded scholarship grants totaling N400,000 to two final-year students of Medicine and Surgery at Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. The beneficiaries, Ms Onwe Emmanuella C. and Chukwuemeka Ogar P., each received N200,000 during a ceremony in Abakaliki.

Dr. Okechukwu Igwenyi, Chairman of ASUU, Ebonyi State University chapter, presented the cheques to the students. He emphasized that the selection process was rigorous yet transparent, aimed at supporting indigent students amidst rising educational costs and economic challenges.
