The Vice-Chancellor of the Kwara State University of Education (KWASUED), Professor Medinat Folorunso Salman, has been honoured with a prestigious Alumnus Award by the University of Ilorin during a special Homecoming Celebration organised in honour of Professor Emeritus Is-haq Olanrewaju Oloyede, CON, FNAL.
The award was presented to Professor Salman at the special Homecoming Celebration held at the University of Ilorin, which brought together distinguished academics, university administrators, professionals, public figures and accomplished alumni to celebrate the remarkable contributions and enduring legacy of Professor Oloyede.
As a distinguished alumna of the University of Ilorin, Professor Salman's recognition reflects her remarkable accomplishments and contributions to the education sector, as well as her commitment to academic excellence and institutional development.
The honour is particularly significant as Professor Salman continues to make her mark in the Nigerian university system as the Pioneer Vice-Chancellor of KWASUED, where she has provided strategic leadership in laying the foundation of the young institution and advancing its vision of producing highly skilled and globally competitive graduates.
