ATBU Enforces Strict Rules for Rally Vehicles

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has issued a set of regulations for vehicle owners participating in the university rally. 

Vehicle owners must adhere to the following rules:

- Maintain a speed limit not exceeding 10 km/h.

- Refrain from drifting during the event.

Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the vehicle being seized and a fine of N20,000. In case of an accident, the driver will be responsible for covering the medical expenses of any injured parties.
