ATBU Enforces Strict Rules for Rally Vehicles
Participants must sign an agreement to abide by these rules, which is overseen by the Chairman of the Rally Committee.

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has issued a set of regulations for vehicle owners participating in the university rally.
Vehicle owners must adhere to the following rules:
- Maintain a speed limit not exceeding 10 km/h.
- Refrain from drifting during the event.
Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the vehicle being seized and a fine of N20,000. In case of an accident, the driver will be responsible for covering the medical expenses of any injured parties.
Participants must sign an agreement to abide by these rules, which is overseen by the Chairman of the Rally Committee.
