Atiba University Releases Academic Calendar for 2024/2025 Session

Atiba University has published its academic calendar for the 2024/2025 session, outlining key dates for students, staff, and the entire university community.

The calendar covers essential activities such as resumption dates, orientation, lectures, examinations, and public holidays. Notably, the academic year begins with resumption for freshers and final-year students from September 25-27, 2024, followed by an orientation programme from October 2-7. 

First semester lectures will commence on October 14, 2024, and run until January 10, 2025, with exams scheduled from January 27 to February 7, 2025. The second semester will begin on February 24, 2025, with lectures continuing until May 16, 2025, and examinations taking place from May 26 to June 6, 2025.

Public holidays such as Independence Day (October 1, 2024), Christmas (December 25, 2024), and New Year’s Day (January 1, 2025) are also highlighted in the calendar. Special events, including project defence for final-year students and summer classes, are also scheduled.

The university encourages students to adhere to the academic calendar to ensure a smooth and successful academic year.
