The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Prince Lateef Olasunkanmi Fagbemi, SAN, will deliver this year's convocation lecture at the University of Ilorin as part of the institution’s 39th convocation ceremonies.
According to a press release by Mr. Kunle Akogun, UNILORIN’s Director of Corporate Affairs, the lecture will take place on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 9:45 a.m. in the University Auditorium. The topic for the lecture is *“Nurturing Democratic Values and Education for the Future of Nigeria.”*
This lecture marks one of the key highlights of the convocation events, and it aims to inspire both the academic community and the general public with thought-provoking insights into the intersection of democracy and education in Nigeria’s future.
