Augustine University to Graduate 71 Students, 11 Emerge with First Class Honors
At its 6th Convocation Ceremony, set for Tuesday, October 22, 2024, Augustine University will award degrees to 71 students, 11 of whom have earned First Class Honours, marking a significant academic milestone.
At its 6th Convocation Ceremony, set for Tuesday, October 22, 2024, Augustine University will award degrees to 71 students, 11 of whom have earned First Class Honours, marking a significant academic milestone. The event will take place at the University Convocation Hall.
Additionally, 28 diploma students from the St. Gregory School of Pastoral Music, affiliated with the university through its Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, will also graduate.
During a press conference held on October 17, Vice-Chancellor Professor Christopher Odetunde commended the academic achievements of the graduating class. He announced that Loko Iyanuoluwa Emmanuel, from the Department of Mathematical Sciences, will be honored as the Overall Best Graduating Student with an impressive CGPA of 4.90.
The Convocation Lecture will be delivered by Dr. Peter Bamkole, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos.
