Bayero University Kano Announces Christmas and New Year Holidays

Bayero University Kano has announced that it will observe the Christmas and New Year holidays as declared by the Federal Government.

The holidays will be observed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 (Christmas Day), Thursday, December 26, 2024 (Boxing Day), and Wednesday, January 1, 2025 (New Year's Day).

However, staff on shift duty, emergency, or essential services in various units are exempted and will report for duty as usual.

The university will resume work on Friday, December 27, 2024, and Thursday, January 2, 2025, respectively.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas, and the University Management wish members of the University Community happy Christmas and New Year celebrations.
