BITE 2.0 Grand Finale Set to Showcase Innovation and Talent at UNILAG
The University of Lagos (UNILAG) is gearing up for the grand finale of its Business Innovation and Talent Expression (BITE) 2.0 Competition, scheduled for May 16, 2024.

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) is gearing up for the grand finale of its highly anticipated Business Innovation and Talent Expression (BITE) 2.0 Competition, scheduled to take place on May 16, 2024, at the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) Lecture Theatre in Akoka.
Since its inception in December 2023, the BITE 2.0 Competition has been a platform for budding entrepreneurs and talented individuals to showcase their innovative ideas and entrepreneurial prowess. With a total of 243 entries received during the application phase, the competition has been nothing short of intense.
Out of the numerous applications, 123 successful entries were selected to advance to the first-level pitching phase, which took place on May 2, 2024. During this phase, participants had the opportunity to present their business ideas and innovations to a panel of judges, hoping to impress and progress to the next stage.
Following the first-level pitching phase, 60 participants were selected to move on to the second level pitching phase, held on May 7, 2024. This phase saw participants refining their pitches and competing against each other for a coveted spot in the grand finale.

Now, as the competition reaches its climax, the grand finale will feature the top 10 participants who emerged victorious from the second level pitching phase. These finalists have demonstrated exceptional creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial acumen, setting themselves apart from their peers.
The grand finale promises to be an electrifying event, with participants showcasing their groundbreaking ideas and vying for top honors. Attendees can expect to witness captivating presentations, innovative solutions, and the unveiling of potential game-changers in various industries.
