BUK Mechatronics Scholar Suleiman Arabi Wins ₦5 Million Grant at Dabo Hackathon 2025

A level 400 Mechatronics Engineering student of Bayero University, Kano, Suleiman Arabi Suleiman, has emerged as a winner of the Dabo Hackathon Innovation Challenge 2025, securing a grant of ₦5 million for his outstanding innovation.

Suleiman, who has a CGPA of 4.96, was presented with the cheque at the closing ceremony of the Hackathon competition held on 23rd December 2025.
