In a noteworthy achievement, Sampson Dabanyi, a 20-year-old student from Kpandu Senior High School in Ghana's Oti Region, has been granted a full scholarship for medical school at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). The scholarship, awarded by Zhenjiang Tang, Chairman and CEO of Cardinal Namdini Mining Limited, aims to support Dabanyi's aspiration to become a doctor.

Zhenjiang Tang presented Dabanyi with a check of GH¢20,000, emphasizing the commitment to fund his six-year medical study. The first installment is scheduled for July, with GH¢10,000 allocated to the university and the remaining GH¢10,000 for Dabanyi's maintenance.

Expressing his career goals, Dabanyi aspires to work as a surgeon or neurosurgeon after graduation and contribute to his local community. Cardinal Namdini Mining Limited highlighted Dabanyi's accomplishments on LinkedIn, receiving praise and congratulations from individuals acknowledging the significance of the scholarship for his medical education.
