Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Officially Commissions New Nutrition and Dietetics Department Complex

The management of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi (FPTB) reached a significant infrastructure milestone on Monday, January 26, 2026, with the official handover of the newly completed Nutrition and Dietetics (NUD) Department Complex. 

The NUD Department, renowned for producing thousands of nutritionists and dieticians serving in key public and private sectors globally, now has a dedicated, state-of-the-art edifice to support its expanding academic and research needs.

The commissioning of the complex is expected to enhance the delivery of practical training in nutrition and dietetics, further solidifying Federal Polytechnic Bauchi’s reputation as a leading technical institution in Northern Nigeria.

The event concluded with a formal tour of the facility by members of the management and the Project Monitoring Committee.
