Ibileye gave the assurance on April 24, 2026, while receiving members of the Kogi State chapter of Jama'atu Nasril Islam (JNI), who paid a courtesy and congratulatory visit following his appointment as the fourth substantive Vice Chancellor of the institution.

The delegation was led by the State Chairman of Jama'atu Nasril Islam, Usman Muhammed Bello, who said the visit was aimed at offering goodwill, prayers, and support for the success of the new administration.
