Federal University of Education, Zaria Announces New Terms for Student Loan Repayment

The Scholarship Unit of the Federal University of Education, Zaria has provided an update on the terms for repayment of student loans. Beneficiaries of the loan are reminded that the baseline repayment amount is 10% of their monthly net pay if they are employed, or 10% of their monthly income or profit if they are self-employed.

Additionally, the university has highlighted that loan repayment will commence only once the beneficiary has started earning income. A grace period of two years, starting after the completion of the one-year National Youth Service, will be granted before repayments begin.
