Federal University of Education, Zaria Releases Guidelines for Student Loan Applications

The Federal University of Education, Zaria, has provided detailed instructions for students interested in applying for the Federal Government Student Loan Scheme. 

To create an account, students should visit nelf.gov.ng and click on "Apply Now." They will need to answer questions regarding their Nigerian citizenship and verify their educational information by selecting their school and entering their matric number. After verifying with JAMB, they can create an account using their email address and password.

Once registered, students should log in to complete their profile by updating their contact and educational details, verifying their Bank Verification Number (BVN), and entering their bank account information. 

For the loan application, students must click on the "Request for Student Loan" button after logging in. They can choose between an upkeep loan or an institutional charge and upload supporting documents such as the admission letter. Students are required to read and accept the loan terms and conditions before submitting their applications.
