The Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) officially declared open the 8th Orientation Programme for the Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) students for the 2024/2025 academic session. The event took place on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. Aleruchi Chuku, represented the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, at the ceremony. In his opening address, Prof. Chuku welcomed the new IJMB students, emphasizing the importance of the orientation in helping them understand the academic structure and opportunities at FULafia. He encouraged the students to make the most of the resources available and to stay focused on their academic goals.
