At the recent Annual General Meeting and Conference of the Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators (ANUPA), Dr. Rebecca Aimiohu Okojie, Registrar of Federal University Lokoja (FUL), urged professionals to embrace a leadership culture that transcends titles.

The event, held under the theme "Re-visioning, Re-triggering, and Recommitting to University Administration in an Era of Uncertainty," brought together Registrars and administrators from various Nigerian Universities to deliberate on challenges within the educational sphere.

In her compelling lecture titled "Pathways to Overcoming Challenges of the Nigerian University System in the 21st Century: University and the Imperative of Value Addition," Dr. Okojie outlined strategies.
