The Students' Union Government (SUG) of the Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTMinna) has announced the tragic loss of Funsho Abigail, a 200-level student from the Department of Agriculture and Bio-resources Engineering, School of Infrastructure Process and Engineering Technology. Abigail passed away on the evening of October 12, 2024, following a prolonged battle with illness.
In a condolence message shared by the union, the SUG expressed deep sorrow over her passing, urging students and members of the university community to remember Abigail's life and keep her family in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
The union, led by Comr. Divine Prince Daniel, the Executive President, extended heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues, offering them strength as they grieve this painful loss.
The SUG Public Relations Officer, Comr. Musa Ibrahim Muhammad, and Secretary General, Comr. Moshood Abdulwarris Olamide, signed the message, affirming the union’s support during this period.
