IBBUL Vice Chancellor Attends Partnership Meeting with UK Universities and Other Stakeholders

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Abu Kasim Adamu attended a partnership meeting with United Kingdom Universities and other stakeholders.

The meeting which held at the Transcorp Hilton had in attendance other Vice Chancellors and Senior stakeholders of the United Kingdom University system, led by the British Government's Prime Minister's  Education Champion, Professor Sir Steven Murray Smith.

Sir Smith led a Transactional Education Partnership discussion between the United Kingdom Universities and their Nigerian counterparts.

The meeting also explored possible areas of mutual benefit between Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai and some  Universities in the United Kingdom, building on the recent Transactional Education Guidelines developed by the National Universities Commission.

An informal evening reception was later held at the British Council's Abuja office.
