Kaduna State University Commends Nigerian Education Loan Fund for Supporting Students

Kaduna State University has expressed its sincere appreciation to the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) for its efforts in ensuring that students at the university benefit from the NELFUND project. The project, initiated by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, aims to provide financial support to students in Nigeria

In a letter dated March 26, 2025, the university's registrar, Samira Balarabe, acknowledged the disbursement of funds totaling N175,079,000.00 to 1,441 students of the institution. The funds were disbursed on March 19, 2025 .

The university commended the Managing Director/CEO of NELFUND for his untiring efforts in ensuring that students at Kaduna State University can afford quality education through the NELFUND program. The university expressed its gratitude for the support and acknowledged the importance of the NELFUND project in promoting education in Nigeria .
