Kano State College of Nursing Sciences embarks on study tour to Shehu Sule College of Nursing Sciences

On Friday 1st March, 2024, a team of the management staff of Kano State College of Nursing Sciences paid a study tour to Shehu Sule College of Nursing Sciences Damaturu, Yobe State.

The essence of the visit is to gain an insight into the National Diploma Programme (N. D) which they are hoping to commence soon. They believe since Yobe state has commenced its ND Programme, they will be guided  accordingly and will gain a lot in line with the prospective programme. The team was led by the provost of Kano State College of Nursing Sciences Hajiya Bara'atu Gwadabe who was accompanied by the College’s registrar, bursar, admission officer and two directors of DanBatta College of Nursing Sciences and College of Nursing Sciences Kano, respectively.

In her remark, the host Hajiya Hadiza Sabo welcomed them warmly and briefed the team over the necessary criterias and steps to be taken. The team leader Hajiya Bara'atu Gwadabe wholeheartedly thanked the provost of the College and the managenent team for shedding more light to them and admitted that the vsit served as an eye opener to them because initially, they were doing things blindly.

In her closing remark, Hajiya Hadiza Sabo expressed appreciation to the team for choosing Yobe state for their study tour and finding us worthy of emulation. She wished them well, Allah's guidance and safe trip back to their destinations. She also  prayed to Allah to continue to unite all the Colleges of Nursing in the north and bring them into the limelight to achieve more excellence.
