Kashim Ibrahim University Vice-Chancellor Pushes for Timely Exam Result Processing Ahead of 2026 Convocation

The Vice-Chancellor of Kashim Ibrahim University, Professor Babagana Gutti, has directed Deans, Heads of Departments, and Level Coordinators to expedite the marking and uploading of Second Semester examination results for the 2024/2025 academic session. This directive was given during an interactive meeting with academic leaders.

Results must be uploaded within three weeks to enable the Exams and Records Unit to compile and release them on time ahead of the January 2026 Convocation.

All results must be uploaded to the newly designed, user-friendly students' online portal; no results will be pasted on notice boards.

The University will provide laptops to Deans and Level Coordinators; daily Zoom training sessions will be held for Level Coordinators to master the portal.

Professor Gutti stressed accountability and seriousness in duty; non-performance by Level Coordinators will be viewed unfavorably by management.

Deans and Heads of Departments urged to be proactive as the institution moves to the next academic phase.

The move aims to enhance efficiency in academic processes and ensure timely access to results for students at Kashim Ibrahim University.
