Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN) has partnered with Kardan University, Afghanistan, to launch a thirty-day online training session aimed at promoting cultural exchange and faculty development. The training featured a lecture by Dr. Musa Abdullahi Sufi from MAAUN, who discussed "Interpersonal Communication Skills and Educational Development in Higher Institutions."

Dr. Sufi, from MAAUN's School of Social and Management Sciences, highlighted the importance of effective communication in enhancing academic excellence. He addressed common communication challenges in higher education and provided practical solutions to improve faculty-student relationships, which are crucial for institutional development.
