Meet the King of Mathematics: Philemon Terkuma Isaac Iortange Shines in JAMB and WAEC
Philemon Terkuma Isaac Iortange, a young prodigy from Katsina-Ala Local Government Area of Benue State, has become a beacon of academic excellence in Nigeria. Crowned the "King of Mathematics" in 2018 during a competition in Bonny Island, Terkuma has been on a scholarship since Primary 5, thanks to Hon. Abinye Pepple, the former commissioner of the Rivers State House of Assembly Services Commission.

Terkuma's academic journey has been marked by numerous achievements. He has participated in multiple competitions at both state and national levels, including the Maths Contest of Nigeria (MCN) held in Lagos. His recent accomplishments include scoring an impressive 343 in the 2024 JAMB exam and achieving 7 A's and 2 B's in his WAEC examination.
