The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi has announced its participation in the Nigerian Polytechnics Games (NIPOGA) after a 13-year absence.

The institution's Rector, Alhaji Sani Usman, emphasized the significance of sports in fostering unity, discipline, and school spirit among students during a farewell address to the student athletes.

Dr. Ahmad, Head of the Medical Centre, urged the competitors to strive for excellence, uphold the values of integrity and discipline, and bring home the trophy. Comrade Haruna Umar, Student Union Government (SUG) President, expressed optimism about the athletes' performances, highlighting his administration's commitment to supporting students academically and athletically.

The NIPOGA tournament will take place in Kwara State, with the entire Federal Polytechnic Bauchi community united in support of their athletes.
