Traditional rulers in Jigawa State have reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring the effective and enhanced operations of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the state. The monarchs made these remarks during separate advocacy visits from the Jigawa State NYSC Coordinator, Alhaji Jidda Dawut.
The royal fathers commended the NYSC's role in nation-building and the socio-economic development of their host communities, particularly through the execution of impactful Community Development Service (CDS) projects. They acknowledged the NYSC as a crucial force for national unity, noting its significant contributions to reducing youth unemployment by equipping Corps Members with skills for self-reliance.
