National Association of Kano State Students BUK Chapter Holds First General Congress for 2025

The National Association of Kano State Students (NAKSS), Bayero University Kano chapter, held its first general congress for the year 2025 on January 4, 2025.

The congress, which brought together members of the association, discussed various issues concerning the organization, including revitalizing the prestige and strength of the organization, the Kano State government scholarship, and planning programs to assist students.

The National Body Secretary of NAKSS, Comrade Sabiu Kabo, shared positive news regarding the Kano State government scholarship, stating that preparations for distributing scratch cards will soon begin.

The congress also discussed the leadership of the association and its future, as well as plans for a grand meeting to involve stakeholders, members, and Kano State indigenes at Bayero University.

Furthermore, the association announced that it will soon begin accepting letters of intent from members interested in contesting for positions in the upcoming 2025 SUG-BUK election. The deadline for submission of letters is January 10, 2025.

The National Association of Kano State Students is committed to promoting the welfare and interests of Kano State students at Bayero University Kano.
