NOUN Addresses OTP Receipt Issues for eLearning Portal Access

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) is aware that many students are experiencing difficulties receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) via their school email to access the eLearning portal.

The management assures students that this issue is related to the portal itself, not the email service, and there is no need for concern.

In a recent statement, NOUN management emphasized that efforts are underway to resolve the problem, and students will be kept updated on the status until the portal is fully operational. Currently, students who have linked their Google Authenticator app with the eLearning portal can access their accounts without any issues.
