Jama'are Local Government Area Chairman to Award Scholarships to 1,000 Indigenous Students

Honorable Inuwa Moisha, Chairman of Jama'are Local Government Area, has finalized preparations to disburse scholarships to at least 1,000 indigenous students of Jama'are, furthering his commitment to enhancing academic excellence and education in the community.

This initiative aligns with Governor Bala Mohammed's efforts to provide quality education, as evidenced by the recent disbursement of N413.8 million in scholarships to 19,191 students . previously, Hon. Moisha inaugurated a task force on pupil enrollment drive and back-to-school campaign to reposition the standard of education in Jama'are.

The scholarship portal is now open for students to apply and benefit from the program, starting from October 18, 2024. Interested students can access the application form at (https://forms.gle/tHNBLVadaF78Ehxq7).
