- Local Indigene Requirement: Applicants should be indigenes of Adavi, Okene, Okehi, Ajaokuta, or Ogori Magongo Local Government Areas.
- JAMB Not Required: Students can apply even without a Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) result.
- O-Level Results: Applicants must possess O-Level results from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
