NSUK Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sa’adatu Hassan Liman Awarded Honorary Fellowship by APPON

The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, has been conferred with an Honorary Fellowship by the Association of Philosophy Professionals of Nigeria (APPON).

The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, has been conferred with an Honorary Fellowship by the Association of Philosophy Professionals of Nigeria (APPON).

The award was presented during APPON’s 2025 national conference held at the Federal University, Lokoja, on 7th October 2025.

The fellowship recognizes Professor Liman’s exceptional contributions in promoting global partnerships, notably through strategic international collaborations that have positioned NSUK on the global stage, as well as her pivotal role in advancing philosophical studies across Northern Nigeria.

The award was received on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor by Professor Stephen O. David, Head of the Department of English at NSUK. Professor Liman was inducted alongside other distinguished personalities, including Sir Paul Chukwuma, HRH Dr. Ebuka Onukwu, Senator Natasha Uduaghan Akpoti, Hon. Romanus Ibekwu, Prof. Idorenyin Francis, and Prof. Iniobong D. Umotong.
