The Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Centre for Distance Learning (CDL), Moro, has been officially accredited as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre for the 2025 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) registration. Candidates seeking to register for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) can now complete their registration at the OAU-CDL Moro without any additional charges.

Key Requirements for Registration

To successfully complete the JAMB registration, candidates must have the following:

  • A valid phone number

  • A valid email address

  • Valid National Identification Number (NIN) data

Steps to Generate JAMB Profile Code

  1. Send an SMS with the format "NIN" followed by a space and your 11-digit NIN to 55019 or 66019 (e.g., NIN 12345678901).

  2. A 10-digit profile code will be sent to the candidate via SMS.

  3. Candidates must verify the accuracy of their details, ensuring correct name arrangement and spellings as per their NIN slip.

  4. If a candidate has made corrections to their NIN details, they must send "REQUERY" followed by a space and their 11-digit NIN to 55019.

  5. Candidates who use the "REQUERY" process will be required to provide a new NIN slip and a sworn affidavit.

  6. The profile code is necessary for purchasing the JAMB e-PIN, which is required for registration.

  • Try-Testing Mock Only: ₦3,500 (For candidates under 16 years old who want to test their ability but are not eligible for admission).

  • Direct Entry (DE): ₦5,700

  • UTME Without Mock: ₦7,200

  • UTME With Mock: ₦8,700
