Available Postgraduate Programmes:

1. Executive Masters Programmes

  • Master of Economics Science (Department of Economics):

    • Admission Requirements: Minimum of a Second Class (Lower Division) Honours degree in social sciences or related fields from a recognized institution. Third Class degree holders with two years of work experience or professional qualifications may be considered.
    • Duration: Four semesters with a research project in the final semester.
  • Master of Interior Design (Department of Architecture):

    • Admission Requirements: Second Class (Lower Division) Honours degree in Architecture or related fields. Third Class degree holders with three years of experience may be considered.
    • Duration: Three semesters.

2. Public Health and Community Health

  • Master of Public Health (Department of Community Health):
    • Admission Requirements: Medical or Health Sciences graduates with at least three years of experience.
    • Duration: Two academic sessions.

3. Real Estate Management

  • Master of Real Estate Management (Department of Real Estate):
    • Admission Requirements: Second Class (Lower Division) Honours degree in Estate Management or related fields. Relevant professional qualifications and work experience considered.
    • Duration: Four semesters.

4. Technology Management

  • Master of Technology Management (African Institute of Science Policy and Innovation):
    • Admission Requirements: Second Class (Lower Division) Honours degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or related fields. Third Class degree holders with a relevant Postgraduate Diploma or three years of experience may be considered.
    • Duration: Two academic sessions.

5. Information Technology

  • Master of Information Technology (Department of Computer Science and Engineering):
    • Admission Requirements: Second Class (Lower Division) Honours degree in Computer Science or related fields. Third Class degree holders with a Postgraduate Diploma or relevant experience may be considered.

6. Environmental Control and Management

  • Master of Environmental Control and Management (Institute of Ecology):
    • Admission Requirements: Honours degree in Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or related disciplines. Third Class degree holders with a Postgraduate Diploma or three years of experience may be considered.
    • Duration: Two academic sessions.

7. Public Administration

  • Master of Public Administration (Department of Public Administration):
    • Admission Requirements: Minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) Honours degree in relevant fields. Third Class degree holders with three years of experience or professional qualifications may be considered.

8. Geographic Information Systems

  • Master of Geographic Information Systems (Department of Geography):
    • Admission Requirements: Second Class (Lower Division) Honours degree in Geography or related fields. Third Class degree holders with relevant experience or professional qualifications may be considered.

9. ICT Policy and Regulations

  • Postgraduate Diploma in ICT Policy and Regulations (African Institute of Science Policy and Innovation):
    • Admission Requirements: Minimum of Third Class degree in any discipline. Recognized professional qualifications are also considered.
    • Duration: Twelve months.

10. Dental Implantology

  • M.Sc. Dental Implantology (Faculty of Dentistry):
    • Admission Requirements: Dental graduates with a minimum of two years post-graduation clinical experience and full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
    • Duration: As specified by the faculty.
