Peculiar Godwin Aliu Emerges Overall Best Graduate in Veterinary Medicine at FUNAAB

Peculiar Godwin Aliu has been named the overall best graduating student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB).

The announcement was made at the 12th Oath-Taking and Induction Ceremony on Monday, 9 February 2026, following her graduation with an impressive Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.70.

“I felt so happy and excited,” Aliu said after receiving the recognition. “Since my 100 Level, I set my mind on graduating with a First Class degree as a foundation for what I hope to become in life.”

She encouraged aspiring veterinarians to remain consistent, disciplined, and dedicated to their goals.
