Prof. Egbewole Hails Governor Abdulrazaq' on Appointment as Sarduana of Ilorin

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, has praised Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq's recent appointment as the Sarduana of Ilorin, calling it a well-deserved honor.

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, has expressed his congratulations to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, CON, on his recent appointment as the Sarduana of Ilorin by the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR. 

In a statement released by Mr. Kunle Akogun, the University Director of Corporate Affairs, Prof. Egbewole lauded the appointment as "befitting and well-deserved." He highlighted the Governor’s exceptional personal qualities, substantial contributions, and impactful leadership as reasons for the honor.

Prof. Egbewole emphasized the Governor’s efforts in fostering peace and harmony across the Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State, which have positively affected the University. He also acknowledged the support the University has received from the Kwara State government over the past 50 years.
