Professor Muhammed Olawale Hakeem Amuda of the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, University of Lagos (UNILAG), will deliver the 27th Inaugural Lecture of the 2023/2024 Academic Session on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. The lecture, titled "The Vicegerent: The Evolution of a Contemporary Alágbẹ̀dẹ (Blacksmith)," will take place at 4:00 p.m. at the J. F. Ade. Ajayi Auditorium, UNILAG, Akoka.
The Vice-Chancellor of UNILAG, Professor Folasade T. Ogunsola, OON, FAS, will preside over the event. Members of the university community and the general public are invited to attend the lecture either in person or virtually via Zoom.
