The Federal Ministry of Education's Federal Scholarship Board has announced the availability of scholarship opportunities for Nigerian students at Vietnam National University - International School (VNU-IS) for the 2024-2025 academic year. This initiative by the Government of Vietnam aims to attract talented Nigerian students to study at one of their prestigious institutions.
The scholarship program includes three categories of awards:

1. Vietnam Scholarship Programme: Covers 100% tuition fees for five students.
2. Hanoi Scholarship Programme: Offers a 50% tuition fee reduction for eight students.
3. International Student Scholarship Programme: Provides a waiver of the first semester tuition fees for twelve students.
Eligibility for these scholarships is determined by the GPA scores in the SSCE/WAEC examinations. Students who are awarded these scholarships can qualify for renewal based on their academic performance each year.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the university for online interviews. Interested students are encouraged to apply promptly, as the application deadline is June 30, 2024.
