Admission Requirements

Direct Entry Candidates

To be eligible for direct entry, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Two “A” Level Passes in Arts or Social Science subjects.
An NCE, ND, or First Degree with at least a Second Class Lower grade.
Five “O” Level Credit Passes, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO

UTME Subjects Combination

Candidates applying through UTME should combine:

English Language and any three Arts or Social Sciences subjects.

Eligibility Criteria

The following candidates are eligible to apply:

Candidates scoring a minimum of 160 points in the UTME, regardless of their first choice in JAMB.
Direct entry candidates meeting the qualifications mentioned above.
Candidates wishing to transfer from other universities.
