A 10-year-old boy tragically took his own life after enduring relentless bullying at school.

Sammy Teusch, a fourth-grader at Greenfield Intermediate School in Greenfield, Indiana, reportedly faced constant harassment from his classmates. His parents shared this heartbreaking information in an interview with Collins Rugg, a co-owner of Trending Politics, a news agency, disclosed via his X handle.

Sam and Nichole Teusch, Sammy's parents, revealed in the video that they had lodged at least 20 complaints with the school about their son's bullying ordeal. The bullying allegedly began with taunts about his glasses and escalated to mocking his teeth. "They were making fun of him for his glasses in the beginning, then went on to make fun of his teeth. It went on for a long time," his father said. He further explained that Sammy faced emotional and physical bullying, including an assault incident on a school bus where his glasses were broken. "He was beaten up in the school bus; they even broke his glasses. I called the school and asked, 'What are you doing about this?' Still, it just got worse, and they knew this was going on," he added.

Despite their numerous attempts to alert the school and request action against the bullying, the Teuschs stated that no effective measures were taken. However, the school district’s superintendent, Dr. Harold Olin, denied receiving any bullying reports from either the parents or the boy. Nevertheless, he acknowledged that the school’s administrators and counselor had regular conversations with the family throughout the year, refraining from providing details due to confidentiality rules.

In response to the tragic incident, netizens have called for the school's closure and advised the family to pursue legal action. "Hope they sue them for all they got. This is a tragedy, and my heart goes out to the parents and the family for the loss of Sammy," one comment read.
