UDUS announces Matriculation Ceremony, 2022/2023

This is to inform all Staff and Students that the 2022/2023 session MATRICULATION CEREMONY of the newly admitted UG 1, UG 2 & Postgraduate Students who are not graduates of this University comes up as follows:

DATE: Wednesday, 19th July, 2023

VENUE: Convocation Square, UDUS

TIME: 9:00am prompt

Rehearsal of the Ceremony would also take place as follows DATE: Tuesday, 18th July, 2023 TIME: 4:00pm at the same venue.

In order to facilitate attendance of both Rehearsal and the Matriculation Ceremony by students, the University Authority has declared the afternoon of Tuesday and the Morning of Wednesday 18th and 19th July, 2023 respectively as lecture free for 100 and 200 level Students.

It is important that all fresh undergraduate and Postgraduate Students must attend Rehearsal and Matriculation Ceremony punctually.

Any Student who fails to complete the Oath Form and Signing of the Matriculation Register within stipulated time frames, would be shown the way out of the University by the university Authority only those who have been matriculated would be considered bonafide students of this University.

NOTE:

Matriculating Students are advised to collect their Academic gowns from their various Faculty Officers
