Ultimate Health Management Services Partners with KIU to Enhance Campus Healthcare

 In a strategic move to bolster healthcare delivery for staff and students, the leadership of Ultimate Health Management Services (North-East Zone) paid a high-profile courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor of Kashim Ibrahim University (KIU), Professor Babagana Gutti.

The delegation, led by the Head of Operations and Business Development (North-East), Mr. Harun Adam, sought to establish a robust synergy aimed at providing quality healthcare management and mutual institutional support within the university community.

During the engagement, Mr. Harun Adam expressed the organization’s commitment to delivering premium health services. He emphasized that a partnership with KIU would unlock new opportunities for comprehensive medical coverage, ensuring that the university’s human capital remains healthy and productive.

Responding to the proposal, Vice-Chancellor Professor Babagana Gutti commended the firm for its interest in the state-owned institution. While noting that the university currently operates under the Borno State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (BOSCHMA), the VC affirmed KIU’s openness to "productive engagements" that complement existing state-led healthcare structures.

To transition from dialogue to action, Professor Gutti directed the visiting team to liaise with the University’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Dr. Ahmed Ali Habib, to define specific modalities and technical areas for collaboration.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening institutional ties. The potential partnership is expected to provide an extra layer of health security for the KIU community, aligning with the university’s mission to provide a conducive and supportive environment for academic excellence.
