UNILORIN Denies Alleged Cult Clash Report

The University of Ilorin has officially addressed and refuted recent claims of a cult clash on campus, as reported in a tweet by the account Naija Confra (@naijaconfra) on the X platform (formerly Twitter).

The tweet, which circulated widely, lacked specific details about the location of the alleged clash and has been deemed inaccurate by the university’s administration. Kunle Akogun, Director of Corporate Affairs at the University of Ilorin, issued a statement clarifying that no such incident occurred on campus "a few days ago" or at any time.
